How to Exercise Your Rights

We will verify your identity using the information associated with your order or account before processing your request, and will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice to you).

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Liana's does not sell personal information in exchange for money. To the extent any cookie-based advertising on our site is considered "sharing" under California law, California residents can opt out by contacting us at info@lianas.shop or adjusting their cookie preferences through their browser.

Shine the Light

California residents may also request, once per year and free of charge, information about any personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. Liana's does not disclose personal information for third-party direct marketing purposes.
